WHAT IS A CREATIVE SABBATICAL?

Glad you asked. Basically, I’m taking a year out of my corporate career, but rather than travelling (although there will be a bit of that) my main focus is to explore my creativity and develop a practice.

There’s a massive range of things I want to try: writing, music, blogging, some seriously weird apps. Some are formalised projects already, others are pre-proto ideas.

I basically got to the stage where I couldn’t not start getting these ideas out into the world without having an existential crisis. There’s some more about that here.

WHO ARE YOU?

Just a girl, standing in front of the internet, asking it to bear witness to various bizarre projects.

Joking I am.

I’ve been working in the public and private sectors for the last 10 years, more recently as a software product manager or business strategist. I still do some strategy consulting.
